  1. Hi guys just wondering if anyone is taking their calcium tablets whole or chewable. I want to take petite tablets because I'm tired of chewables. Plz help! Need to buy more and debating what to get.
  2. Thanx guys for all ur responses! For those who are stalking this post... Go for it! Lol I also heard that calcium helps with hair loss too. I've been bad about taking my Calcium bc I hate the taste. Can I take petite tablet form of calcium citrate?
  3. Oh girl I feel your pain!!!!! I had the worst pain for about 12 days straight!!!!! No amount of pain meds helped. I regretted doing the surgery and felt the same way. However.... There is a bright side!!!! Today I am 13 weeks out and lost 61 lbs and eating and drinking whatever I like. It gets better! The doc kept telling me to give it time and I was so annoyed by him! But he was right. Hang in there. It DOES get better!!!
  4. Hi I am post op 13 weeks and experiencing a lot of hair loss. It's scary! I'm just curious if anyone has tried Nioxin and if it works. Or any other suggestions. Thank you!!!!

  7. I'm so happy to meet u! Just wanted to share with u that I had massive joint pain for 2 wks after surgery when I was drinking the isopure protien drinks. I found out that some Lupus patients are allergic to the whey isolate protien. I'm still trying to find a vegan protien powder I like. Let me know how u r feeling.
  8. Hi guys! Ive been diagnosed with Lupus for 12 yrs now. I have a lot of joint pain and fatigue. So far I've lost 51 lbs in 11 weeks and I feel good about that. My main concern is exercise. When I do weight lifting even very light lifting I have horrible joint pain for days. Even being on the elliptical machine hurts my joints. Do any sleevers out there know what I am experiencing, and if so what do they do? I am so scared of not loosing anymore weight bc I can't tolerate exercise.
  9. Hi. I had to inject Lovenox pre and post surgery because I take blood thinners on a daily basis. It's not bad. Just look at YouTube videos on how to inject so u dont bruise yourself. If u squeeze the skin of where u will be injecting it doesn't hurt. Better safe than sorry. Good luck!
