Did it for the first time last April and lost about 35lbs. I recently started it 16 days ago and have lost 11lbs since. I like the energy it gives me.

I've had mine since 3/11/11. Since then I have lost 99 pounds. I've lost a total of 126. Started at 357 and now at 231. No problems with the band and hopefully I won't get any. Getting the lapband is one the the best decisions I have ever made! -

It happens. I was in a six month plateau. It was my fault. I didn't eat very healthy. I just kept my portions down and I exercised occasionally. I finally decided to get back on track last week and I have lost 6 pounds since then. No more slacking off for me.

Was banded on 3/11/11. My heaviest weight was 357. The day of surgery I weighed about 330. I know way 238. I want to get around 180.
