  1. i tell myself that we are not going to have this talk and if we just go ahead and workout that we be done for the day and we both can be happy. I learned that you will disagree with working out but keep in mind that you only talking yourself out of doing it day, tomorrow, and the next day until you stop doing it all together. I am trying to get back to that point but it is taken longer than I though.
  2. Thanks for the support. I just hope that I can get the nerves to go through with it.
  3. Hello everyone I have called my dr to let him know that I want to do the lap band. Not sure but I am tired of being 202lbs. My goal weight is not that bad for my heigh and weight. Not trying to be to skinny like a size zero. I would love to be 150 not just looking good but feeling good about how I look when I look inn the mirrow. I lost before but it came back fast after I broke my leg. My husband will be supportive but he also have to work and I have two little ones at home. I do not know how this is going to turn out for me and I hope that my down time will not be long and hope that it could be done on a Friday and I can recover over the weekend and I have good neighbors that can help me with the kids. I hate depending on someone I am not a good patient. So I will need some support to go through with this and to easy my mind. Thank you
