  1. Thanks I will do. This is the strangest thing. Maybe the weather. It's quite hot here.
  2. Anyone experienced their band being tighter than usual when traveling abroad? I am from California and came to Mexico for a few days and second day here I felt it and have since. It barely get water down without feeling a lot of pressure. Any food is an obstacle but I know I have to eat. It's taking me longer than usual to get down a very small amount of food. I am hoping when I get back home I return to normal cause this chick no longer has medial insurance which means no doctors visits. Would love to hear some feedback.
  3. Anyone know any doctors that take medi-cal? Sadly I lost my insurance back in Jan and like to find a doctor that takes medi-cal for fills and doctor visits.
  4. Go get some taken out ASAP. I waited a week and I wasn't even getting water down let alone food. This can really be unhealthy. Granted the weight loss was wonderful but not at the expense of my health.
  5. Kim we are pretty much in the situation. I am currently 187 and I have the same goal weight and have been on a 3 month plateau as well. I stopped my exercise all together for 3 month and now back. I am at 1000 calories a day. I am starting a new exercise plan this time 3 days a week I am walking/jogging 5 miles and 2 days hitting the pool and spending at least a hour doing work on my legs and arms. Remember that you don't want to lose weight to quickly the last thing you want is excess skin.
