Quilting Bee 2

I've been overweight most of my adult life after I had my two sons. I've been on every diet out there and nothing worked. I'd lose weight but then I'd put it back on plus more. Lap-Band was the best decision of my life. It probably saved my life. I reached my goal weight but put about 15 lbs. back on. I know I'm never going to be as thin as when I married. Age has a way of doing that, but I'm maintaining what I have and can now play with my grandchildren and work in my garden. When I was heavy, I won't look in the mirror below my shoulders because I didn't want to see the 276 lb. person I had become. Now I can't wait and shop and see the new me in the mirror. It was hard sometimes, but don't dispair, if you set your mind to it and ask God for his guidance, YOU CAN DO IT!
