Hello, I am a leak survivor. I sneezed,coughed and vomited with my leak. The leak I had didn't get larger or anything. Leaks don't always present with typical symptoms and they sometimes just happen. Mine presented as low dull back ache. You know your body better than anyone. If your body is talking, listen and listen closely!!! My surgery was smooth. I followed directions to a T! I don't blame my surgeon or myself. For a while I really thought I must have been a bad person in a past life. But I am come to realize that leaks just sometimes happen. Wishing you the best!! Hello Lisa, Two teenage girls!!! How is it? Are the teenage years as hard as I hear? I hope your family is having a great movie night!!! Bummer that you feel like you missed on so much when they were younger!!! You are an amazing lady and they are lucky to have you!!! Sounds like you guys go on adventures now!! I have been concerned about how I would care for Venla if I weren't fit. I hope that she can benefit from all these changes I am enduring. I want to teach her about nutrition and give her good habits starting young. I look forward to being able to get up off the floor with ease and one day being able to run and keep up with her. I saw my PCP today. I have been seeing her for 15years and she care for my entire family. The surgeon who did my sleeve called her and kept her in the know of my condition. I talked to my PCP about the care I received after my leak. My PCP is under the impression the surgeon is mad at me for having a leak and that she is misdirecting her anger and taking it out on me. My husband has long thought this as well. Bummer that this is the case, but confirmation of this is nice. I followed all directions to a t!! I do not blame the surgeon or myself for the leak. I have come to terms with my leak and realize that these things just happen. It's not been fun for me to endure a leak and rest assured I wouldn't wish this on myself or anyone else!! I get that it is also hard for my surgeon to have patients with complications. But let's get real and show some heart! Unbelievable!! I am in shock!! Sannah

Hello! Your Valentines Day sound perfect!! What a great hubby and Dad! I love it!! . So funny that he hides his face. How old are your girls? Well we got our daughter a little gift. Balloons and a toy. My husbands weekend is Monday-Wednesday. So he won't be here most of the day. Venla (my daughter) and I will probably do some playing and activities together. Good evening! Firstly, I want to thank you kindly for the well wishes. They really propel me through the real hard or painful times. It is truly amazing for me to have this type of support. I am glad I can share openly and honestly. It's been a tough road and I am only making improvements. . It's exciting for me to feel more independent. Hello!! Oh dearest Katie!! I always look forward to your messages!! I love and am thankful for suggestions. I am so happy and appreciative to eat, but I don't know what I like anymore. So I am adding oatmeal and cream of wheat to my list I also had some refried beans!! Oh my goodness!! So yummy!! . Everything is sitting good. I feel a bit nervous about eating. I think this just might be natural to feel. I NEVER want to endure any of my leak experiences again. So I am taking it slow and trying to apply all the advise I have received. It's so fun to think about eating. Thank you for writing me and "listening" especially about how nervous I feel to eat. I hope your day was amazing!! Have a restful nights sleep!! Best, Sannah

Bottom photo is a picture of the leak. You'll see dark spot I am pointing too. This was at the time of my first stent placement. The stent migrated down and I required a second procedure. I just posted these incase anyone was curious what stents look like.
