  1. Hello - I was banded a year and 3 months ago. I have lost all but 20 lbs. I have been eating more and gaining weight again. I'm going in for a fill but I want to tone my body up not just be thin, I want to be healthy. How do I start? I got a gym membership. What are the machines I should be using. I asked for a trainer and its just not in my budget so maybe you guys can help? Any ideas?
  2. so what do you do when this happens? I ate too much, and too big of bites way to fast and then took a huge gulp of soda!!! Biggggg NO no, and I know this. Now its been almost an hour and I feel like s@#$! What do I do? I've burped and tried throwing up thinking this would make me feel better but its not working. I couldn't throw up and I don't feel any better.
