    Remember that immediately after surgery, you are getting dehydrated and some of your loss is water loss. So as you feel better and are tolerating more, you are replenishing your water. This may be some of what you are experiencing. Same thing happened to me, so while the numbers were not favorable, my clothes continued to represent weight loss.
