  2. I also live in southeast Houston.Dr.Hollis performedu surgery in May 2012 at Southeast Memorial.Im not looking for a support group!Wanted to know is anyone getting together to exercise.I would love to do somthing like that.
  3. Your doctor told you no lifting,bending and stretching because of the stitches inside your tummy.If you do to much to soon those stitches will pop loose.Give your body time to heel,or it's gonna feel as if you pulled a nerve if a stitch comes loose.
  4. Walk it help with the gas and it helps you to get back on track.
  5. I went through the same thing! Your boby is trying to adjust to the change.Cant sleep cause you can't get in the positions that your use to.Not hungry but your body is telling you time to eat,so that you can go to sleep.Use that heating pad it will help you sleep a little longer,but it's just gonna take about three weeks to get back to normal.
  6. Just had my first fill down 17 lbs (amazing for me)! I have an awesome doctor,nurse and staff.They made sure everything was right before I left.Exrays the whole 9 yards was checked.
  7. Everyone is different!You need to stop the pitty party and do the best you can.Were here for you.
  8. I had my cycle a week after my band,and it went from 7 days to 3 days OMG. Since 10 yrs of she I have never had a three day cycle!When I go to my post-op appointment I will be talking to my Dr about what this band does to people's bodies.
