  1. Hey ya'll I'm on fitness pal...supercomicstar ...since March 23 I've lost 58lbs!
  2. Oooh got it. gnc has a hair, nails and skin vitamin that's pretty good
  3. I'm a 46h so far I'm not down a cup size but I can fasten the back strap to the tightest notch instead of the first one. I've lost about 50lbs included when I started my pre op diet March 23rd. (Sleeve done may 9th). I have talked to a trainer that chest exercise can help tighten skin. I actually prefer smaller boobs, I just want perky ones that I don't have to special order bras
  4. You could try to do 2 protein shakes and a small dinner for.a.few days and change your work out for those same few days. had a buddy that did that.when his.weight lose stalled. sorry for all the periods, my phone is dumb. also, if you have a smart phone, there is an app called My Fitness Pal, you can log your food each day and it gels you if you eat like that every day for five weeks how much you would lose or gain.
  5. Thank you both! I have a hard time getting all my protein in. I'm on full liquids right now .
  6. Has anyone tried the isopure protein water? The bottle has 40g of protein. They are at gnc but didn't want to buy if its crap
  7. I had my surgery 5/9. I'm on full liquids as well. I don't care for the Greek yogurt but I have stuff pretty regularly. We recently made a potatoes oup last night but used a food processor to de chunk the spuds. It was very good and filling
