  1. What Does Restriction Feel Like???

    You will know when u are in the green zone, I wondered the same thing "how will I know" well after my last fill which I am now at 5cc with a 10cc band I can tell a huge difference. I almost thought I needed some taken out because of the amount of restriction but gave it a couple weeks to see if I could handle it, that was on August 22, 2012 and just like I thought it seems to be ok so far. I have lost 12 more pounds since then which brings my weight loss since surgery on May 21,2012 to 48 pounds. It's amazing! Good luck!

    You are doing great, I will be 12 weeks this Tuesday and have lost 45 pounds with 40 to go. I was really sore for about two weeks, incisions are still tender to this day. I have had one fill but still not sure if I am at the perfect spot. Guess I will know when it happens. Good luck everyone.
