  1. Pacificare (Ca) - Is It Still True?

    Hello! This will be my first post. Forgive me if my questions are novice and/or ridiculous. I've read some old posts here (Back in 2006-2007) where PacifiCare would require a 6 month monitored weight loss program before approving the Lap Band surgery. Does anyone know if this is still the case? My consultation isn't for a month but I wanted to get a hop on information gathering so I can be prepared with the right questions. Thanks in advance!
