My band failed to work anymore. Plus vomiting abdominal pain and my EGD showed my band was out of place so I had no stomach pouch. BCBS is pretty fast with approvals long as everything is documented. My approval took less than 48 hours

I have presurgical testing on July 6. What exactly do they need to do?
