    I am contracted through Rose Medical Center in Denver. I do a lot of robotic surgeries, but not for self-pay sleeves. There would be a marked increase in cost using the daVinci robot.     I don't do single incision sleeves yet. I will probably be up and running in the next 6 months for single incision surgeries. The drawbacks to single incision surgery are a higher risk of hernia formation post op and more post op pain through the incision. Otherwise, the operations are the same. John
