  1. I'll see you at the hotel tomorrow, or maybe for a moment here at mi doctor.
  2. Rofl, yay!! I have pads better put them on before i even leave. How long does that last?
  3. Lol actually I haven't had anything for a while. It's posted twice in the thread now. Not sure what else I can do Silly
  4. Well that's frustrating. I'll try again.
  5. Cindysc Don't freak out. It's not like that. I don't know what happened here, but I don't have the sharts (yet?) and and there were no birthday suits seen. Unless it was mine and I could care less. I was asleep. Lol
  6. You got it. Just didnt wanna gross anyone out. Gotta say, it's one of the best pics of it I've seen. I looked for shots like this when I was PRE op and didn't find anything. Is it teeny tiny? I can try to make it bigger somehow. I'm on my phone and sometimes it posts itty bitty.
  7. I'll wait til a good sized group of people raise their hand and I'll share. It's pretty gross and I'm thinking "buh bye"
  8. No diarrhea yet but I brought menstrual pads, I suppose that'll work. Hahaha. No naked people. But I'm sire thy saw me. I was told I was neck kid for a moment.
  9. Ps there were no naked people but I did see another person being worked on for a moment. In recovery I got to watch the screen of another persons surgery. Interesting but I was a lil queasy ATM. Dr. Garcia took a pic of my stomach but I didn't want to see it yesterday. I'll look today or see if he can email it to me. I woke up this morning in pain and nauseous but a lil meds cleared that up. I feel great now, bit i dont count on that to last. I have the window open and hear the birds and see the sunshine. I feel really halpy. I could cry. Ive wanted (needed) to feel hope regarding my weight for a long time and i finally feel it. Hope. I feel a lil hungry bit I think ya just acid. Also, don't be alarmed if you wake up in recovery spitting old brown blood. Apparently that's normal. My first was pretty red. Also normal. And I did that all night off and on. Eta- got a shower. That always makes me feel better too. I dislike figuring out unfamiliar hot/cold handles. Lol
  10. I answered on the other thread. I don't think you're gonna give a hoot about your hair between the pain, nausea and sleepiness.
  11. In my experience, you probably won't care what you look like. I've had quite a bit of pain and I'm walking the halls with no bra on because at the moment, I just don't care. Ponytail instead? Oh and for me, it's doesnt feel great to lift your hands up that high.
  12. Dr. Garcia works out of mi dr. I'm there now and my experience wasn't quite like yours. Yikes.
  13. Haha it did and I'm going back too. Lol I believe they remove the drain the day i leave, Monday. Yawn. Nighty night
  14. Hola! I'm feeling ok. I've had her refill me up on pain killer 3-4 times now. It's the darned drain. I'm positive I'll feel better when they remove it. The tramadol(sp) sucked and I asked for something else. This works way better and (knock on wood), not much nausea at all after the switch. I'd read about the tramadol causing nausea in some. I'm super sleepy. Gonna run!
  15. At mi doctor now and here is the obligatory stocking shot. And if you're lurking, hello there!!!
  16. I emailed dr. Garcia about using pneumatic stockings. I don't know if that's the same bit he said he would if I remind melly when I get there.
  17. Hard to say, but in leave here at 6:45 am for mi doctor.
  18. So. Tired. Sensory overload. I'll sleep like a baby tonight. I wonder of I can take this Marriott bed with me. Heheh.
  19. At Dallas and waiting for 2 hours. I did it, I flew. I went way up high and didnt die! And it was beautiful. I felt like my head was gonna split open and my ears were going to bleed tho.
  20. Hey guys! My alarm was set for 2:30 am but I woke up at 2:22 and turned it off. My stomach isnin knots. I guess this is it! Edit: I'm sitting here at our tiny airport. I got here way too early. Yawn. They don't even open the security line for another 35 minutes. It's 5:11 am and I'm exhausted.
  21. Thanks for all the support and prayers, friends. This is so real now! Exciting! I will not get lost at an airport. How I wish I didn't have a 3 1/2 hour layover. Sigh. Still worth it.
  22. I fly out tomorrow and posted similar to this tread yesterday. Take a bunch of Vitamin c stat! That seemed to clear mine right up! Tijuana here I come! I think they only cancel for chest congestion. I could be wrong.
  23. I so can't wait until Mu life revolves around life instead of food!
