  1. Welcome! I am also from Colorado. My surgery was on April 16th. So far so good. The first couple of days were a little tough, but not too terrible. I hope your surgery goes well and you have great success!
  2. I am watching portions closely. Is there a chance I could be stretching my pouch? I have had only one time of feeling uncomfortable, but I have the hiccups a lot!
  3. I was banded on the 16th. I have been able to add fruit to my shakes from day one with no problems. I am trying to be safe, but worry that I am taking things to quickly. I have had no issues with anything I eat. I am sticking to liquid purees. Any advise?
