    Muscle milk light chocolate protein drink is sugar free, lactose free, and gluten free and I buy mine at Sams where it is cheaper...I had to lose a few pounds before my last weigh in before surgery. My surgery is next Friday 4/27/12...getting excited....

    It is natural to worry about being put to sleep, but my surgery is next Friday, April 27, 2012 and will be my 5th surgery.....if you have a tendency to get sick to your stomach easy make sure to tell the anestheologist and they can add meds to your anesthesia. Best of luck to you
