  1. I work for an airlines that deals with mail freight and cargo I took 4 weeks off and returned and was ok!!! Everyone is different and it just depends on ur body but i wouldn't go back before that!! just my 2 cents.

  3. Hard to eat.. When do we get to eat regularly? not to indulge but not having to cut food into lil pieces and chew chew chew. My sleeve always seems like its full. One or two bites and I'm done is this normal? I had my sleeve 3/26/12. Is it just me. I sip water all day but just have a hard time eating... Help!!!
