I understand how you are feeling, I too have wondered if I jumped in without looking! This is much more painful than I thought and I want some pizza or a burger right abuot now! Hang in there.

I'm on my 4th post surgery day and I'm still in a lot of pain. I tried to go to work today and had to come home. Everything was such an effort, I was short of breath and sweating. I'm worried. I have not really consumed anything but water, juice and a fruit smoothie. Do I need to try something more substantial?
