  2. Hey everyone! Just wanted to check in and let you know how doing. I had lap band with plication and hiatal hernia repair on 4/3/12. I am currently down 19 lbs!! Super pleased. Recently started on my mushies. Surprisingly, my hunger has subsided. I'm drinking so much water and I keep my hands busy constantly so I think that has helped to keep food off my mind. My pain is gone. Still just a bit touchy now and then on my port site. Otherwise, banded life is awesome!!

  4. hello everyone! Been readin your posts for awhile but just now joined. I was banded on 4-3-12. I had lap band with plication and hital hernia repair. I have to admit, I am still pretty sore. From what ive read, im sure its more from the hernia repair. I am eating 1 oz every 30 min. I am so sick of broth and jello. I cannot wait until next wednesday when i can start on the mushies.Lol. I am actually starting to get hungry and that worries me a little. Is it normal to be hungry only 6 days post op?
