  1. You guys Rock that really helps me and gives me more confidence thank u to each and all of you xx
  2. Tulip star - I had the lap band 11 years ago I was only 22 yrs old and for 10 yrs I suffered vomiting each time I ate regardless what it was, last year April I had it removed I had major life threatening issues - the band was a complete fail along with the surgeon that did it as years later I found out by my sleeve surgeon that the band wasn't even on correctly, after removing the band I waited to heal and had the sleeve it was the best decision I made however I was told I had to work harder to lose the weight due to the band .. Hence why I'm so afraid I won't lose anymore - I'm even counting my calories and eating less than 1000 calories per day not sure if this is alot or enough ? Just scared of failure again i suppose.. Ahh that felt better being able to tell someone my story and my fears - its not something I can talk to many people about as I feel ashamed
  3. Thanks heaps guys I really appreciate your encouragement !! Xx
