I'm looking for your experiences and how you handled drinking liquids after being sleeved. i keep reading sip, sip and tonight i realized that I drink, drink, gulp, gulp before during and after a meal. I know it takes effort and I'm going to start working on that but I was wondering how hard it was you and how did you overcome it, problems, frustations etc, etc.....

  6. I've been following this site for a few months in stealth mode and this particular forum has been light in the posting department. So men lets get this forum moving. I'll be having my sleeve on April 27th with Dr Alvarez in Mexico. Looking forward to hearing from the fellas.
  7. I've been lurking on this site for about two months now and decided to post an intro. I had been contemplating WLS for a while when I ran across Dr Alvarez's Youtube videos. At the time I wasn't sure which path I was going to take but after doing some pretty extensive research I decided to contact Dr Alvarez. I have to say he and his staff have been top notch up to this point. I'm getting my sleeve on April 27th and honestly can't wait. If anyone else is heading down for Dr A around that time I'd like to hear from you. Thanks for listening and good luck to you all!!
  8. I'm going to be having surgery with Dr Alvarez on the 27th. He has a TON of information on Youtube that I recommend taking a look at. I've had several question answered by him and Susan (His Assistant).
