  1. Thanks ladies that makes me feel better. Its actually seems ok today & still kickboxing
  2. Banded 2_28_12 normal pace meaning before the band pace. since the band I eat super slow & even then I can't finish a small portion, which I am fine w & used to at this point.. But tonight it was as if I didn't have the band, i still just a small portion, but I was able to eat fast. Maybe the ab work made it slip? Even drinking water, I usually have to take small sips, but I was just able to slam glass. Weird
  3. Is it possible that doing crunches, etc can stretch the band??? I started a 10 week boot camp. Today was Abs...I come home & was able to eat at a normal pace w no problems?
