    Welp, yesterday I found the courage to admit to my doctor that I was considering Lap Band surgery. That is all I needed to say, he had a referral for me. I love that my doctor allowed me to get to that point and not push me. That's it! I wonder now why I let my pride get in my way. I am at my highest weight of 309 lbs. and I just had my 35th birthday. This is just the beginning as I am still waiting to hear if the insurance company will pay for my procedure. Even if that is not the case I am going to self pay,
