  1. I am starting 2nd stage today? but really feel like i could have a soft scrambled egg. I am craving real protien so bad.
  2. I am two weeks post sleeve as well. Have lost 25 lbs an seem to note a stahl in weight loss as well. ???should i be concerned??
  3. I had my surgery on the 19th with post op visit yesterday and had lost 18 pds
  4. I am a week out (post op) an now over last two days having problem with my clear liquid protiens. Become real nauseated, diaphoretic, then within few mins have diarrhea. What am I to do. Getting fluids in but not protein. Really afraid of not getting my nutrients. My 2nd concern is this metal taste in mouth. Cant seem to get rid of it. Any suggestions appreciated.

  6. That is great everyone. We will all have to keep in touch an help each other out. I know I am on the countdown already to surgery. Looking at 40 hours till surgery time. Getting very excited. How is everyone doing with pre-op clear liquid diet. So far I am okay not missing the food. Married with 3 kids an meals still have to go on. I am drinking Isopure it has 40 grams of protein in it so I do half a bottle in am and other half at lunch. (tastes and like koolaide) Then tonight I am going to try Injury protein mix at dinner with my sf jello and Popsicle. Hope everyone has great day.
  7. My Surgery is March 19 at 7 am. Very excited an scared. This is a long time coming. Just curious what to expect that first time I take my first sip after surgery? That is my biggest fear right now.
