  1. Finally made it under 200. Wooo hooo! I had surgery on 3/14 with Dr. Moises Jacobs in Miami Fl. I've lost 36 pounds. Very excited. Still trying to hit my protein goals daily. Still trying to hit my water goals daily. But doing great. I've gone from a size 18 to a 14...little by little I'll get to my goal.
  2. I say this at least once a day!! We can put a man on the moon but we can't invent a protein pill?!?! These protein shakes are SO yucky.
  3. That's gas, try gas x strips. I had the same problem. It felt like a knife stuck in my shoulder blades. I tried the gas x strips, no more gas. :-)
