    Well out of highschool i was abit of a ladykiller. Then as i got bigger it was just damn funny to see a fat guy with that on his gut lol. Ive had alot of fun with it over the years lots of smiles no regrets.
  5. you can have as much as you want.. I started with the hot tea and coffee it would put my stomach at ease and relax everything. Start them the same time you can have soups. I drink 1000mg a day for a year now zero side effects other than sleep if i had it to late in the day. my doctor had the sergery and he drinks coffee all day as well..

    Wow poopapodomus sounds like some kind of party your having with yourself.. it will all pass... i was a fart machine for awhile all the air in my system and stomach was really tight like yours air up with every drop i put in..eat crystal light popcycles and hot tea it will relax your stomach and cut down on your noise issues.))-----Brrrrrrrt lol...in a few months it will be a thing of the past just focus on Water intake the tea hot and popcycles and Jello really are easyer than just downing a bottle..well for me it was then i went to mushroom Soup in week 4 and sugar free pudding..the shakes were impossible till month 2 then i went with myofusion bannana and powder form GNC multivitamins blended together and my health has been perfect...your issue with strength sounds to me like a issue with hormones or just a badly absorbed Multivitamin try something in powder or liquid like mega woman active from a gnc store you will see a boost im gonna bet. b-12 is good for energy but if its oral its crap. go to the doctor get blood work and check your levels he will issue you an injected b-12 that is awsome and possibly fix your missing links..

The scale will be nuts for like a month or two. when you work out are you going heavy on big muscle groups like legs and back? they are what you want bigger muscles metabolize and burn more fat..try weighted lunges and leg press workouts at the gym seated leg lifts and kicks and a minimal of 20min a day cardeo with a heart rate in the 135-150+ range. Your issue is your water flux.give it time and focus on what will work and let your metabolism get moving and sweat as much as possible... surgery=HOPE results come from FAITH & APPLICATION..This is true in all aspects of life.

    Depression After Gastric Sleeve Surgery

    Id like to say it like this. The lifestyle you lived before this was that of a drug addict it was full of its depressions as well or we wouldnt be in this forum. but as all drug addictions there is relapse periods and if you havent taken the messures to beat these pressures you will give in and when you find yourself resticted your mind goes into depression. lets face it its human to want what we want but as all drugs and yes sugars are a drug. go threw a five day withdraw diet headaches,shakes,moods..same as a heroin addict why simply sugar and its other name carbs were our drug of choice. but this is more than a surgery this was a lifestyle change right. stop with the pitty party and we have all had our moments and look forward to the person you want to be a year from now. when you want carbs have complex carbs..{google it} vs simple carbs..also build on this principle.. surgery = HOPE??? But what good is hope without faith and application? its an excuse thats what it is and our lifes have been full of them. So say it like this....SELF i have done it your way and you have failed me so now i will listen to the fat guy on my computer and put faith and application to my sergery/HOPE and reap the results with new found joy and happyness. look to the past you will be depressed baby. keep your eyes on the future and the suprises of tommarow will amaze you i promise. Your issue is your looking back at a bad habit that needs to be forgotten...

For sure you can do it do no problem focus on no carb no sugar for the first few months with cardeo and resistance bands no lifting. multi Vitamins and protien shakes myofusion online is the best for the money. then hit it hard starting in month three with leg and back metabolism then will rocket and its complex carb time change your diet early with complex carbs added. early like in month 7 , you see alot of discussions on hunger returning and people feeling unsatisfied this is due to carb withdraw look up simple carbs and complex they have a satisfied and un satisfied effect on your body, if you do this right you will be very sucessful as i have been.. and the sergery will give you the restrictions you need to last a lifetime if you make the lifestyle change it takes. look no futher than what has failed you in the past and do the opposite{.see defonition of insanity.}

    Ive been happy ever since i found the six inches I lost along the road. But since we re-united we have enjoyed sex on a daily basis were as before id rather sleep...my drive has went skyrocket but this life change has got my wife all over me like when we were in our early 20s all over again.

The surgery Will give you what you need to overcome yourself.. but honestly without building and working out big muscle groups like legs and back/core i dont see the results like i have had in others. science tells us bigger muscles make your bodys metabolic rate skyrocket and this has been a key in chaning myself & my looks.

    What Was Your Post Op Diet Like?

    Well at first no lifting so buy a resistance band with like 20-30lbs resistance then this puts no strain on your abdomen while getting a jumpstart on leg and arm strength..after a two month low weight and olyptical cardio for a total of an hr a day weekends off unless your pumped to do more cardeo but no muscle on the weekends.. move in month two to a core and leg heavy weight ontop of your 30min cardeo total of 30min cardeo and 1hr. muscle workout legs heavy once a week and core like back and lats.. take it slow going up in weight like 5lbs every 2-3 weeks fill the other three days with arms and chest. these are big groups of the bodys largest muscles you work them hard once a week and they take three days to repair.. so three days of high speed metabolism gets things rocking. sore at first i warn you.. leg squats and weighted lunges will put it on you also the core of your back will be slow to get built up but you will love what you see in weight loss. when you start in month 3 to get heavy at the gym make sure you eat some kind of complex carbs along with your protien shakes this is key to building bigger muscles and as simple as wheat thins and cheese a few times a day as a snack also I eat alot of penuts almonds and pistachios. But keep your focus more on water and low carb low sugar also good multivitamins as much as possible.. and get a good protien shake.. Myofusion is the best for the money online 5lbs 35$. thats 64 shakes less than 65cent no one can beat that. Trust me i bought alot of crap like vitaluss and others that were half as good for tripple the cost. those shakes were my best investment along with alot of good green teas hot tea and splenda early on..feel free to ask me as much as you want i will post pictures on profile maybe tonight..

Try adding complex carbs to your diet. like sweet potato and brown rice. snack on almonds and pistachios also. im in week 14 from374 to 190 adding 45lbs of muscle mass to fix my skin issue today 235lbs with 14%body fat. perfect shape & health..bigger muscles burn more fat and speed up your metabolism so focus on diet but try to build up and strengthen the muscles you have.. complex carbs gave me what my body was needing..your always hungry because you need carbs but healthy carbs not empty carbs added to your diet also make sure you have a good Multivitamin. also change your shake I drink myofusion its the best for the taste and value 5lbs 35$ online and they fixed alot of my hunger issues after month eight.

    Well I work out alot since my sergery so my protien intake is a gram per pound of my total weight. At first you will want to do sugar free popcycles & Hot tea with splenda both are great to ease your stomach. you have to be very careful with your stomach for the first six to eight weeks. shakes are a good way to get your day started I drink Myofusion Bannana and put powder or liquid multi Vitamins in it and use a bullet blender as my routine every morning and also if i want a snack at night. its easy on your stomach and a total Meal Replacement after eight -ten weeks continue the shakes but add real food like fish and stuff but for the best results try to base your meals on protien. If you WORKOUT like i did you will loose weight fast and boost your matabolism bigger muscles burn more fat and aid in weight control. Its a life change not a quick fix so plan on who you want to be a year from now and give it all you got while your body is restricted ten to twelve months...Im in week 14..from 374 to 190 added 45lbs of muscle for a total 235lbs 14%body fat no loose skin..

    well first thing is stop feeling sorry for yourself you had this done because you are the living exsample of unhappyness and its not reversable so all the worry in the world wont change that. So lets look to a better life that you will be getting out of this with years of health & happyness. It wont be long and all the pain will be a thing of the past in six weeks your going to be pain free.. I ate sugar free popcycles & Jello for awhile the cold helped also Hot tea with splenda worked great at night. If you can workout a little after week 4 id say do it..Hit the treadmill or olyptical as much as possible.I was feeling sorry for myself at first like you.. But after awhile I seen no one but me was going to make this thing work and my sergery was just what i needed to get the jump on my life. So with hope in my operation i put faith & application to it and then i started seeing results. you can fail or you can be faithfull. Im in month 14 was 374lbs-went down to190lbs 40lbs muscle mass growth that fixed my loose skin issue now at 230lbs solid. 14%body fat from 36% 54 waist to a 36 xxxxxl shirt to xl. this will be you and all the pain i woke up to after the operation acid burning in my stomach and fear. Id do it again for the life and health I have now totally worth it...
  24. it will be crazy for the first few monthes.. just focus more on water consumption five or so bottles a day and crystal light popcycles work wonders...your liver is prossesing what it has been unable to due to you regular lifestyle but now your system is moving in the right direction try to walk and try to work out slowly with rubberband workouts at home. drink some kind of low carb low sugar shake. I use myofusion and i love it also i ad my multivitamins and this gives me what i need health wise and they are the only thing i have found that taste good so its like a snack..
