  1. Give yourself some time. Be patient. I blended ALOT of soups on the liquid phase. I seemed to fill the void. Good luck and hang in there.
  2. Just had surg. 2 weeks ago today. Realize gastric band. I am seeing my Dr. tomorrow for my first post-op check and feeling very good. Some slight tenderness in one area, but all surgical sites healing nicely. Have been to the gym several times... just walking on the treadmill for now. Anxious to do more. Can you believe it? Looking forward to working out! CRAZY!! Lost 6 pound the first week and 5 this week. Not feeling hunger as much as bordom. Looking forward to the next 2 week phase. Good luck to everyone out there. Hope all you newly banded peeps and doing well !
