Thank you everyone for the input .now 1 week out of surgery and feeling much better.I happen to have the worst time with my protein ,but my nutritionist gave me a recipe for a homemade shake that tastes great and has 29 grams of protein here it is: 3/4 cup egg beaters,1 cup skim plus milk,1 teaspoon vanilla extract,2 packs artificial sweetener,ice . Put in a blender and mix.This takes a while to drink,but it really is good.
  2. hi everyone this is all new to me,I got banded 2/12/07 . I still have some pain,but bearable enough.Anyone know how long it takes to not feel pain,soreness?I am a hairstylist and stand with my arms in the air for about 8-10 hrs a day,jut wondering when work will be comfortable again.I look forward to talking with lots of really cool people.
