I did a vlogging journey while I was doing weight watchers. It was great to look back on the videos and see the changes. Now that i'm having VSG , I'm going to document my journey again! Check it out! my info is in my signature!

lol ill have to weigh her. She was 33 lbs when my grandmom was still alive because she would feed Leila donuts and Cookies and anything she ate lol. I got her down to 18 lbs by walking her, changing her food and cutting the treats. but i thought she was TOO skinny so now I think shes somewhere around 21ish. My bed has the "bed risers" on it so i have to pick her up to put her in bed and i have to CLIMB in...so i think im gonna take them off and borrow my mom's little ottoman so i wont have to lift. BUT SHES THE BABY!!!!!LOL im more concerned about lifting her lol she likes to be held. Oh , what we do for our babies

Had my consult with my doc and asked him this question...he said a month and i can lift my kid again-- incase anyone else had this question too...

Oh hey hey hey! My name was mentioned lol... Welittle1- congrats on the 6.8 lbs with WW. It's a fantastic program. I lost about 40 lbs with it last year...i've since gained it back but i guess thats my own fault. The 8k was a promotional type of deal. They needed to be accreditted as a center of excellence so he needed surgeries..he's actually from up here in NJ and moved down there when they recruited him. It's a 12 day stay (mon & tues are appt days, weds is surgery....and your released from the hospital friday if all is well....hang out for the rest of the next week, and thursday you go for an appt. then your free to go) The 8k price is over now, It was done about 2 weeks after i made my appt. . I hear the price now is 18500 but i feel 110% comfy with dr. washington and his crew. They are all wonderful , so ya never know....if you ever want to get it...i recommend them...and hey you get a 12 day vacation lol. I'm taking off 14 whole days! wooo hoooo! good luck with your continueing success with ww!

We have a guy that just had it wednesday, and another girl thats having it this coming weds. One in july I believe, and im in august...and i think theres another one or two on there. Come join us

Men sometimes don't have sensors. They just talk out of their asses because they're men. My boyfriend and I are hurtfully honest with eachother...he's said worse than that to me at points, but i've said worse to him as well. Use it as motivation. I'm sure he didn't mean to be malicious. He probably just doesn't want to see you unhappy again, he's seen you go through so much to get to where you are. You've done amazing. Let him know he needs to be a little more sensitive.

Thanks so much! I actually tried a couple more of the shakes and i seem to be okay with them. not sure if it was a tummy bug or whatever i ate for lunch but so far so good. Fingers crossed!

Good afternoon Crew!!! Let me first start by saying - Congrats to Jafter! He was sleeved today and we can't wait to hear how it went!!!!! 2nd- Dani is a friggen trooper! I've been lucky enough to be along with her on her journey via phone and text and talking her down from the ledge. I don't know HOW i'm going to be able to do the pre op diet since I lack will-power but she has been AMAZING!!!! I know you cheated girl, but i'm sure your not the first and I know you wont be the last....and besides, dr. w said you wont die lol. You have a couple more days to go until you start your new life, i know you can do it!!! I know we can ALL do it!!!! lastly- I spoke with Dr. W yesterday for my consultation. I asked a bunch of questions. If you look up my youtube channel (weightwatcherx3) - I gave the questions I asked and the answers he gave me . It's not the main video on my channel (maybe ill change that) its the video named Q&A consultation.

Okay guys...so I think i might have a tiny problem. lol. My stomach is extremely sensitive to sugar free foods and drinks. Welll.....i ordered muscle milkk light and for my pre op diet. Its got no sugar added. I tried one saturday and BAM it hit me like a ton of bricks.....I was in the bathroom almost crying...i started getting really hot ..and i was at work so i ran upstairs and took a bath lol!!!! (no one was home thank god lol) ---i do home health care to remind u !) Anyway....I'm scared to drink it again but i already bought it and im thinking holy god i just tried one and a couple hours later i had a sandwich......so what if THIS is all im drinking for 2 weeks. Has anyone had this issue??? Is pepto bismol allowed ?? what do i do lol. thanks in advance and if i forget Jafter....Good luck Wednesday!!! Can't wait to hear your update!!!

hi mimi yes, its under weightwatcherx3 .... most of the vids are from last year-september when i did weight watchers. and september -october when i did a juice fast. then i started gaining it back then stopped but i plan on vlogging through this entire process.

Not sure....how ever long i need. His mom (my patients mom) said take as much time as i need, she'll help me lift him. Most ill have to do is push the wheel chair up the ramp and maybe transfer him..when im ready. i dont HAVE to lift him til im ready. So, does that mean after the 4-6-8 weeks past the 20 lb limit...i'm free to lift ANY weight?

I'm so jealous you guys are this month, i want my surgery this month toooo boo. lol so excited for you all though.
