They did tell me to stay on a liquid diet until I can get in to see my dr. I totally plan to stay on liquid and protein shakes and shots only. I think I have put my body through enough right now. I have a fractured foot on top of everything else. But I'm doing much better being at home.

Just got back from er the dr's were great they took 4cc out of my band. My dr told me he only put 2.5cc in last month so he lied to me. I feel better but as soon as I got home I threw up and I'm still feeling kinda nauseous and have a horrible headache.

Ok just got off the phone with dr he wants me to go to the er. It's the hospital I had my surgery at so the er dr there know what to do he told me. Thank u hope this helps n no big problems fingers crossed.

I have been banded for over a year now and have been doing good. I had a slippage and a dilated pouch in dec and I was miserable through the holidays. I went to my dr and they took all the fills out. I finally went back last month and got 3cc put in my band and I have been really tight in the morning and in the evening. So I just have a small window to eat something in the afternoon and keep it down. However this morning I had 1/4 cup of scrambled eggs and I had to throw them up. They wouldn't go down. I had a few sips of water this afternoon that stayed down but I'm just not feeling good. I feel the acid coming up my throat my back hurts and my head is pounding. Do I need to go to the er? I'm miserable please help me....

Hey everyone I haven't heard anything from anyone. Also I have posted in a while I'm sorry. 9months post op just wanted to see how every1 is doing. I have had a love hate relationship with my band for some time now. I have gotten filled all the way up to 7cc and I have gotten unfilled all they way to 3.5cc. I have lost a total of 69lbs which is great I'm just not happy with. I need to push myself harder. I'm at 4cc and have little restriction I will be going soon to get a fill. I just had foot surgery so I'm really not active right now. I'm really hoping to hear from some if you guys hope all is well. Take care!!!! WE GOT THIS

Hey Ladies by the sound of it you have a had a great summer!! Im so jealous didn't take any vacation just worked this summer. I have been doing ok my last fill was 2 much which was back in june I couldn't keep anything down ended up in the er for fluids until i got back to my dr the next morning they took all the fills out and found out I had close to 7cc in my band hmm no wonder I couldn't keep anything down. So Now im at 6cc and doing great. Although I have been kinda stressed out which my dr told my could make mne tighter and it has so my portions r even smaller now and I tend to get sick if I eat 2 fast. So when I feel super tight I drink a protein shake or soup. Also I wanted to ask if any1 else is dealing with the fact you see your clothes to big and you feel smaller but then I look in the mirror and I still see that fat chick. I dnt understand while i feel smaller and then when I go to see me smaller I don't see it. It's kinda frustrating and disappopinting.... Sorry It has been so long for me but I hope to hear from you guys soon.... Take Care

Hey Twin thats awesome! I dnt go back to get another fill until june 20th but my dr does all mine. I have lost 13lbs since my last fill. I def feel restriction now and I can eat anything b4 11-12 so I have a pro shake and my coffee of course.Im still haveing trouble chewing to fast but Im working on it..... Congrats on ur weight loss.

Hi ladies it's been a while since I have talked to either of you. I hope all is well and you journey has been a good one so far. I have been doing pretty good lately. I had to buy some new shirts all of mine were really baggy and they were making me feel sloppy instead of cute.

Hey ladies I hope you guys are doing great! Tray it seems like you got to your half way point pretty fast and thats awesome! I sure wish we lived closer so we could hang out. And Twin all is well with your eating just try to drink lots of Water and make sure your eating Protein trust me it helps. Plus Happy 2 month Bandiversaries a coupld days ago lol. I no you can do this everyday is a new day new opportunity to get the lbs off. I have been doing ok consistent with zumba or jogging. I have lost a total of 33lbs as of 5-23. I just have been kinda of emtional lately and im not sure y. Im pretty independent by choice (single mom problems) but I have been craving some male attention. How are you guys dealing with this? Or are you guys in relationships. I guess just lonely. Im trying to focus on myself but it wouldn't hurt to have someone around who knows what Im going through to tell me how beautiful i am and be there for me. I don't know i guess im just crazy lol. Well it's holiday weekend you guys have plans? What are you lookig forward to eating what are you secretly going to eat lol becuz you know we all do it? Hey Twin got my 1cc fill on wed I must say it hurt pretty bad. But all is well. Im on 2nd day of liquids doing good but starting to get super hungry at night time so I have been trying to go to bed early. He told me to come back in a month. Im hoping to start losing more weight now. I have been doing zumba everyday my soreness is everyday just because Im doing a diff dance everyday so it's more fun that way. You def need to try Zumba i have a kinect it's so much fun... Well hope your doing ok take care. oh yeah almost forgot he said my incision looks fine so I guess Im freaking out over nothing i guess better to be safe then sorry...

Hey Twin did you get your fill? How much did you get put in? My incision is infected AGAIN im really not sure y. My dr wants to see me ASAP so im going in on wed and also to get a fill. Excited nervous all in 1. Zumba kicked my butt I did it for 2 hours yesterday and I woke up this morning so sore lol it was a good sore though. I was going to try and do it for a little bit today just to keep my motivation up. Hope all is well....

Hey ladies!! Hope everything is great. My 3 day liguid diet served it's purpose. I lost 3 lbs but I did gain 1 back but no worries. It's like a mental check. From not losing to losing 3 lbs it feels pretty awesome. I have not been pushing myself like i should. But thats changing I certainly dont give myself enough credit. Didn't get a fill my dr was in surgery all day friday so I couldn't. Plus I like to have a day off when I get it done becuz I feel likght headed afterwards and I like to take it easy. So hopefully I get 1 soon. Im so happy for you twin. Your getting your 2nd fill getting closer to your green zone. Hey Tray how are you? How have your friends been recently towards you? I just recently had an issue with a friend of a friend. She looked at me and had the nerve to say " So your little surgery you had doesn't seem to be working" I wanted to punch her in her nose but becuz Im adult and plus i dnt have bail money I just simply looked at her and said well it's a work in progress and I have you know i have lost 26lbs so far and Im feeling great and your man had to problem noticing it so y would you. I added plus it looks like you are finding the weight Im losing unless your just retaining water. Hmmm dnt f*ck with me b**ch. Lol I felt good after that. I guess im a little weird becuz ppls negativity towards me I use it as motivation and drive. As far as there words it's water on my back it just rolls right off. I would nvr treat ppl that way. Anywho so I got the Zumba game for my kinect for mothers day lol I know mothers day is tomorrow but Im a single mom and have to buy my own gift but it's cool I always get what i want lol.
