  1. Thanks for your advice. I upped my water intake today and added some salt to my food, and I'm feeling better -- not terrific but better. I'm glad all y'all are here to help! Nancy
  2. Could use a little help/advice. Started my pre-op diet (2 protein shakes and one protein/veggie meal per day) last Monday. I'm supposed to be on this for 2 weeks. Surgery on March 26th. Today is Saturday, and I'm feeling dizzy, nauseous, weak. Is this normal? Feels pretty crummy and I'm concerned about how I'm feeling now and what this means about how I'll feel post-surgery. Any advice??? For the record, I'm 61. Thanks for your help and thoughts! Nancy
