I am three weeks out from surgery. I had the surgery on Feb 21. I figured I was eating too much. I guess I am just pushing myself too fast. That is what got me here in the first place.
The dietician told us to not eat eggs until 4 weeks because of the volume they occupy. However cottage cheese is ok. I think I will just stick to the yogurt and soup for a while and see if I do any better. I've lost around 35lbs since surgery so I am losing weight. I have pain in the stomach and I usually think this is because I am hungry or full. If I haven't eaten in a couple of hours, then I figure I am hungry and eat something. I try to eat the most at lunch and dinner for some reason.
Regretting the surgery now. I guess I just don't know what I am doing. I thought I was prepared, but I really am at a loss of what to do. Eat this, not that, eat this much, don't eat that much, it is just so confusing. I want to lose weight for sure and I want to lose it fast. Maybe I'll just stick to Water and soup?
