  1. Hi Miss Diva, I am 8 months out and have been on the longest stall.....i'm thinking probably 2 months. I'm at the point where i'm afraid i will start gaining. I have lost 80lbs - which is awesome...but i am 45lbs away from my goal. I have stopped tracking what i eat....and am now starting to snack too often. I am not sure how to get back into the swing of things. Honestly - if it were possible - i'd do the surgery again - just so i'd have the same restrictions as i did when i first started. I absolutely love this site - it has helped me so much through these past 8 months - but i am now feeling like a failure because i am no longer focused on loosing and paying attention and being accountable for what i put in my mouth. Did you ever hear of anyone going through what i am going through? Even when i remind myself that i had most of my stomach removed...it doesn't inspire me to get back on track. Any tips or kicks would be very much appreciated. Thank you & congratulations on your amazing success! Heather
  2. Hi Everybody! I can't tell you how many times I have heard people share their stories of someone they knew that had weight loss surgery. They always say - the person lost all their weight and then gained it all back - and more. This scares the heck out of me to hear this! Do you guys know of any studies that have been done in regards to the sleeve....and the long term success? Do you know of anyone who had the sleeve and lost all their weight and then gained it all back? I am assuming that the people are talking about the bi-pass....Do you think the sleeve has a better success rate? Do people who have the bi-pass still feel hungry? I just wonder how they are able to put all the weight back on and then some. ANY thoughts would be really appreciated. Thanks! Heather
  3. I started taking fiber gummy's. I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night - they equal 20 grams of fiber. A friend of mine gets hers at Costco. I got mine at CVS. They taste great and it works for me!

    Thanks To All Of You

I'm so glad you posted this Dominique... I was sleeved on 12/29/11 & have been on a stall for 14 days now. I was getting pretty bummed about it. I know my clothes are getting looser - so I probably need to take my measurements so I can feel a little better about my stall. It's good to know that it's OK if it lasts for a month.
  5. Hi everybody - I'm new and would like to set up my profile. Can someone please help me learn how to put the weight tracker on my profile? Thanks! :)
