    I am new to this site, & I am about to embark on this journey with my surgery scheduled for March 26th. And I'd love any input from those that are about to begin the journey as well as those who have embraced it. Anyone have any ideas on protein drinks? Clear liquids? Beginning the 12th I must begin my preop diet. Any help is greatly appreciated.
