    Hi, I just received insurance approval for the lapband. My surgery date is March 16, 2007 at Arcadia Methodist Hospital in Arcadia. Doctor is Dr. Troy LaMar (California Bariatric & General Surgery Associates) in Arcadia. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions as to getting prepared for the surgery?? I must say I am a little nervous. Looking forward to your responses. Chancy:nervous
