I did that once when I was over filled,But I was able to even keep water down! You got a big fill and it may just be to much, I did that when I first had my band and had all but 1cc removed..I am actually staring over after having a illness not due to the lab band at all . I have noticed after a week my band seemed tighter.

Hi my name is Gladys and I am new here! I will give you a little history about my journey and why I am starting over. I had lab band in Aug 2009 weight at that time was 259. But after the first fill I became sick,and stopped my journey and gained up to 289.9 in Jan 2011 did a med change that was making me put on weight and with the 1 fill I had I actually starting losing weight and to date have lost 40 pounds. But now I am starting over on Feb 1st,2012 my weight was 256 and I had a 1/2 cc fill and have lost to 249 since. I also started on protien bars and vit B 12 shots and very positive this time around. I will return to my Dr on March 5 that which time I will more than likely get a small fill..taking it easy and trying to do it right this time.
