  1. Thank you for your post, I needed to hear this because I am only 3 weeks out and have been rushing to get off the Pre-Op diet. I realize I need to re-evaluate myself and remember why I had the surgery in the first place. Once again thank you banded 4-18-12. I wish you the best and admire your determination.
  2. Help I ate a small piece of flour tortilla, how do I move it thru. I know bad bad decision
  3. I am looking so forward to tomorrow because I get to add fruit to my Protein shake (yeah). I can also have purreed Soup (still trying to figure the purree thing out). Trying to get all of the Water in:)
  4. Hello I also had my surgery on 4/18. Not too sore, but I have been hungry. Already tired of the protein shakes. I did not know we could eat cream soups maybe this will help.
