  2. Everybody is different. For me I started walking the next day. I walk a 1-2 miles real slow couple of days after it. I gave myself 2 weeks b/4 i started to run. I completed a half marathon 1 month after surgery. My longest training run was 6 miles after the procedure. It can be done. I thought the hardest part was not being able to lift any weights for that month.
  3. I was walking the day after surgery. I ended up doing a half marathon a month after surgery. My doc had no problems with me doing cardio that early. The only restrictions were weights and ab workouts for a month.
