<p>I'm almost 18, and I've been overweight since I can remember. My sister and I struggled a lot being the only overweight ones in our family. My sister got the band when she was 16, she is 20 now and although I already thought she was beautiful before, my god she is drop dead gorgeous now. I've gone through bullying and ridicule because of my weight and I don't want it to happen anymore, so I decided to change my life &nbsp;My mom finally agreed to get me banded after a lot of research and begging I've looked a lot of places outside of my family for support but it is sad at the amount of people that don't accept a teen getting a weight loss surgery. So here I am, looking for advice and support for and after my surgery on Feb. 10, 2012!</p>
