  1. Does anyone have a really difficult time controlling their acid reflux. I have had my band for 7 years and am about 5 pounds from my stretch goal. In other words I am actually pretty happy where I am if that is possible. I am thinking about loosening my band to see if it will help with the reflux. Has anyone else done this for similar reasons? I exercise regularly and take it very seriously, but sometimes it is really uncomfortable when I am doing a lot of jumping around. My band is fairly tight, and I've been advised that loosening it might make me feel better. Any one with this experience would be very helpful.
