hello i am so happy to have this band . i have my days dont get me wrong but i do know before i got this band i was out of controll with my eating and not really in tune with my self as far as i was hurting my self . i was on my to becoming diabet i was told i am type 2 but now i am off all meds . so i am still a work in progress forreal but the differance now is i can work my band and get the weight off. i still have about 50 more pounds to lose i am at kind of a stand still but i am losing inches witch is okay. but i need to move that scale lol and in time i will . i am in no hurry to get this weight off i am taking it slow so i can keep it off.
