I work with risk management and I also do Social Security Disability. I also do assist the Doctors from time to time. I work with Neurologist go figure!! When you look up Tysabri let me know what you find out some of the info may look scary but I will send you the info my Doc has to help clear anything up. Great drug slows the pregrestion down by up to 90% and can lesson lessions already on brain or spine. I will chat with you later. Have a BLESSED day!

Ladies, I am not a RN but a MA. I work with great RNs though you all have such great dispositions. What Med do you all take I take Avonix. Have you all heard of Tysabri. I was in that trail at work. THey pulled it for a while but it is back out. It seems to be a great chance for us in the future. I am not yet on it because my doc felt with surgery I should wait a while before we start it. HI ALL... I have M.S. too. I was diagnoised in 1997 at the age of 25. I was banded feb.28, 2006. I feel great and only have had one exacerabtion. Lost 68 lbs. I agree how will it stay this time. Did they tell you how the stitches came out? How long ago were you banded? Good luck!!

It is not the port area it was wear my band is in the stomach area. All is ok now. Sorry to hear about your port. Do they know how this happened? Thanks for you reply to my question. Have a BLESSED day!!

Thank you for your words of wisdom. It is coming close to that time for me and I think that may be it as well. I also seem to have a extreme amount of gas yesterday too.....sorry for the TMI. Thanks again and God bless you, Tonya

I have had my band almost one year ago this month. No problems to report. This morning I rolled over and noticed tenderness in my stomach area. It is still tender to the touch. I no longer have insurance that will cover anything to do with the lap-band. Does anyone know why I might be tender today? Nothing happened to cause this...I don't think.

Hello all, I am a lap band patient too. I was banded 2/28/06. I love my Doctor. His name is Dr. John Schram out of Ypsilanti Michigan. I am almost to my 1 yr anniversary:) .
