Was really strange feeling I took I bite out of my lunch and was instantly sick, nothing came up but had this awful pain and every time I had a drink of Water it came back up. Ten min later I felt something shift and the pain has gone, but feeling really sore and afraid to eat again, I'm due another fill tomorrow and don't know if I should go ahead ???

I have 6mls in a 10ml band and have not had any restriction i'm still putting on weight and feel like I've wasted an awful lot of mone, I've not been able to change the way I eat, so I know why I'm still gaining, I think I should of had a gastric bypass as it would of had an immediate affect- How Many Cc's In Your Band???
- Can 1 Cc Really Make That Much Of A Difference?
I had my first fill last week of 3ml and have no restriction at all and can still eat lots, I'm praying the next fill will make a difference and can't wait, but how will I know when it's right? Will I still feel hungry? Will I just not be able to eat or will food just get stuck? I've had the food stuck feeling if I don't chew food small enough but can still carry on eating, does anyone else have this problem? I'm really getting disheartened and beginning to feel like I've made a mistake and wasted a lot of money, can anyone HELP please- How Many Cc's In Your Band???
I had my first fill today and was disappointed with only 3mls I don't feel any difference and feeling very hungry its going to kill me only having liquid, I lost 19lb pre-op and put on 4lb post op even though the band had 1ml put in during the op, feeling really down about the weight gain and struggling not to reach for the chocolate- How Long To Wait Between Fills
I'm getting my first fill today, I've not lost any weight yet and pinning all my hopes on this fill, as at the moment I'm feeling like I've wasted £6,000, so fingers crossed this will do the trick- Omg I Am Itching
I know this is going off the subject but I need help with my profile, I have set up a ticker but can't get it onto my profile also having same problem with uploading photos. Can someone please help Thanks fluff xxAlex Brecher started following Fluff- Getting Cold Feet?!
I must admit after I had the op I sat and cried and couldn't help thinking what the hell have I done to myself, that feeling soon past, but be warned after the first 2weeks you will start to try eating more food and will find you can still eat a fair amount. I'm still waiting for my first fill and can still eat everything I ate before the op, as long as I chew it up well. I've only lost about 2kg and feeling very demotivated and pinning all my hopes on the band fill next week- Bending And The Band...
I had my band fitted 6 weeks ago and have no problems with bending or lifting but did wait 3 weeks before lifting anything more than 15kg Good luck- Soon To Be Banded
Lol I'm fluffy too im called fluff in my circle of friends. We're not fat we fluffy. Good luck with the op- Soon To Be Banded
Hi Don't worry I had my band fitted 14/12/2011 and when I woke up after surgery I felt uncomfortable as they had filled my tummy with air, so make sure you have peppermint etc to shift the wind ASAP I didn't feel like eating after the op and was like that for a few days, I then just had smoothies or slim fast shakes for 2 weeks and then had mashed food. I haven't had a fill yet and can eat anything as there is no restriction this is really frustrating cos I don't feel any different after paying for the band. I can't feel the band and never have been able to feel it, but have been assured that when I have a fill there will be a restriction and I will lose weight. Just be prepared for discomfort for the first few days but only from having holes in you and being filled with air Good luck and don't worry - Too Tight; Miserable; Not Losing
