  1. Thank you all for your comments I am feeling a bit better about it today. I have spoken to my dietician and she is over the moon with my progress do I guess I need to keep chipping away at the weight. Like some of you say It didnt go on overnight so It wont come off that way either. Thanks again. xx
  2. I havent been on here for a while. I was banded Jan 2012 Since then I have lost a total of 35lb. Which dont get me wrong I think is fantastic (I could never have done that on my own) My question to other banders is does this seem a fair amount to loose in 4 1/2 months ??? I do understand everybody looses weight at different rates but I just didnt want to be too impatient but then dont want to get annoyed either as its coming off and I never gain. Just looking for someone's advice with a little more experience of the band than I have. Claire
  3. HI Im still new to all this and I am just over 2 weeks post op. I find I am struggling with my appitite as its almost the same as before having the band fitted. I am trying not to over eat as I dont want to damage my band but find im hungry a lot !!!! I wasnt really expecting this is this normal until I get my first fill ?? What has everyone else done if this has happened to them ? Sorry just a little deflated by it today.

But im worrying that after my op this is going to be a big problem for me. Does anyone else suffer with the same problem if so do you have any solutions.
