So I just got my second fill 1week ago, the first one done nothing this one has not curbed my appetite but I can tell I had a fill because I have to eat MUCH slower and take little bites, so my question is am I almost to the green zone? She said to call her in 2 weeks if I need another fill. So should I be getting full faster because ican tell I have some restriction? I'm just not sure what's going on...I would think since things are getting stuck I would be close to green but I'm worried why I'm not feeling full with small amounts.

I was banded 12/29, I don't have any pain or redness. Im back to normal. I would definatly call the dr. Good luck I hope all is well!!

Thanks guys!! I was just under the impression that I would not be able to feel it so I was a little freaked out! But I appreciate all your info:)

It's the long incision. It's very hard.

I was banded on dec 29 2011. Just this week I feel a hard spot under my incision. I guess that is my port?? Not sure. Anyone else feel anything under there or am I crazy!!

Hey I was banded 12/29/11 I had some of the same problems, I did not through up but very gassy, and that has mostly gone away the last day or too. I also had the hernia fixed and I had the same feeling/ pain when drinking and it has also gone away just in the last day. Just since Friday I've started feeling so back to normal still a little sore. Congrats on your banding that's Awsome you are only 17.... I'm 36 I weighed 255 and now 242 I'm from Oklahoma! Hi. I was banded on 12/29 I love to meet people!! I'm on Facebook also. My name is Jeana Hornback Mackey I'm 36 live in Oklahoma, I was 255 when I started and now 242.

My doctor said milk of mag... Start at full dose as often as it says until you have a BM and then work your way down to the lower dose until you get back on schedule. She said this will help stimulate your bowls to wake them up after surgery. I was banded on 12/29 and had the same problem.

Hi.. I'm new to this group, I just had my lap-band surgery December 29th 2011so I'm still recovering... I'm very excited to hear from everyone else about all there problems and success. I hope to make 2012 my year to get in shape and feel great! (:
