Hi there, I had surgery with Dr Ponce on Feb 14, I was amazed how smoothly everything went. My total time for surgery ended up less than an hour for the gastric sleeve. From the information I was able to gather he's been a surgeon for the last 19 years. I worked with Trish his coordinator and everything was great. You can contact me anytime if you want more information, I was so glad I choose him, everything went as expected not tooo much pain (oh there is going to be pain) I didn't use INT hospital but I was given a tour and they have great faculties- only difference I could tell was the bed for your partner/husband etc is smaller at INT but that's really no big deal. Trish held my hand from the moment I got to TJ until I left, she took me shopping visited everyday at the hospital and hotel. She even brought my aunt coffee every morning!! and offered to take me the beach- I declined I didn't want to be in the car that long yet.
