  1. Hello. I had the surgery done 2 years ago. I lost about 65 pounds. I then gained back about 40 pounds back, due to my own fault, going back to poor, very poor, diet. I am now having some painful heartburn (not painful enough to go to ER, but very uncomfortable). The past 3 nights I have had issues where I woke up choking on "wet burp" stuff. I am also having sharp pain in my back, very similar to how I felt before I had my gallbladder removed several years ago. Does any of this sound like the band might have slipped? Could it all be related? I know I HAVE to revert back to the diet and good habits I learned after the surgery, but, I am truly concerned that I may have done some damage?? Is anybody "in the know"? Does any of this sound familiar? Thank you.
