  2. Other side effects (if you're not used to it) excessive giggles...which I had when I first began using it. You may be sleepy (depends on strain) happy, hungry (depends on strain), touchy, relaxed....you do get a high feeling. I suggest not driving
  3. It does work better than other pain meds. I have been prescribed everything from ibuprofen to oxycontin. I get real bad side effects with them. Medical marijuana (usually an Indica strain) helps literally numb my pain and relax my body long enough for me to go to sleep. Hunger can be a side effect based on the strain. It isn't with all of them.

  5. Typo. Lol starting bmi****
  6. I am a medical marijuana smoker. I use it for insomnia and chronic pain. It does work miracles. Since I am in the process of preparing for WLS I am gradually weaning myself off.
  7. Yes you can. My cousin has the sleeve. Has had it for about a year and she smokes medical marijuana with no issue. Everyone is different though.
  8. I wish you the best of luck. Was your Bmi 40 before you started? I was worried about that because my bmi was low so naturally I went under because we have to lose weight. I was told I would still be approved as long as my staying bmi met the criteria. CONGRATULATIONS on 2 years cancer free!!!!! I hope everything goes in your favor
  9. You'll get into the swing of it. It took me 2 weeks. I'm on week 6. Half way through
  10. I knew this was what I wanted after trying so many different things. I just finished week 4. My goal is 5lbs by the start of week 5. I've been doing okay but I want to do better. I have to push myself

  19. Haven't met with the surgeon yet. I was told that we don't start seeing the surgeon until we're towards the back end of the program
