  1. I have decided to get the band ball rolling. I have high BP, take 4 pills in the morning and 2 of the 4 before bed and now have to take a new pill at bed for a total of 7 BP pills. My A1C is now at (have had type 2 diabetes for 5 years) 7, my BMI is 45%. Have been on a CPAP machine for 6 or 7 years and am so miserable. I want my health back. I emailed my Primary care Dr. this morning to let her know of my desire to get the ball rolling. I am encouraged by what I have been reading. I hope to use this blog for support.
